TERMS: Buyers(s) to enter into a written Purchase Agreement on the day of the Auction requiring 10% down payment with the balance due at closing. Closing will be on or before June 28, 2024. The final sale price will be determined by multiplying the highest successful bid by, Tract One 80 acres, Tract Two 79 acres. The Seller will pay the 2023 real estate taxes due in 2024, by allowing the Buyer a credit at closing in the amount of the most current Tax information.
